New 5-star hotel to be built in Black Sea town of Kobuleti

A new 5-star hotel will be opened in Georgia’s Black Sea resort town of Kobuleti.
The head of the Adjara Autonomous Republic’s Government, Zurab Pataradze, laid the foundation of a new hotel today in which 200 million GEL will be invested.
As Pataridze said, this will be the largest investment made in Kobuleti so far.
The new hotel will feature 220 rooms, a conference hall, meeting rooms, several restaurants, a spa centre and open and closed swimming pools.
The investor company responsible for building the new hotel in Kobuleti is Cristal Building.
A total of 400 people will be employed at the hotel once it becomes operational. (Agenda.ge)
