Occupied S. Ossetia, Abkhazia and Donetsk to hold Joint Parades on May 9

Georgia’s two breakaway regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, along with the Ukraine’s proto-state in the Donetsk Oblast, the so called Donetsk People's Republic, will hold joint parades in all three Russian-backed regions on May 9, the day when fascism was defeated.
The statement was released by the breakaway S. Ossetian side after the meetings held in parallel with the celebrations in Tskhinvali, dedicated to the 25th anniversary ”Defense Ministry” formation.
Moreover, self-proclaimed president of occupied South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, hosted Russia’s Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District, Lieutenant-General Alexander Romanchuk, who congratulated South Ossetian Armed Forces on “Defense Ministry” anniversary and read out a congratulatory address from the Russian Defense Minister.
“It is a holiday of those who cherish common values, pride for the country, desire to work for its prosperity, love for their land and self-sacrifice for the sake of their homeland,” he stated.
Bibilov also met with the so called Minister of Defense of the Donetsk People's Republic, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Kononov.
The so called president sent his best regards to the “Prime Minister” of Donetsk, Alexander Zakharchenko, adding he is a man who took a direct part in the liberation of the Donbass from the fascist elements.
“We will do everything to ensure that our peoples live in peace. The most important thing for us is the safety of our children. And we will achieve this together,” Bibilov addressed Kononov.
Afterwards, Bibilov and the so called First Deputy Defense Minister of Abkhazia, Beslan Tsvizhba discussed the issues of cooperation between the two “countries.”
The sides called Georgia “neo-fascist Republic “, claiming it decided to seize the two regions.
“This is the land of our ancestors and even if we had to die here, we would not have given it up,” Bibilov said.
Abkhazia and South Ossetia are Georgian regions. After the Russia-Georgia 2008 August war, Russia recognized the two territories as independents states.
In total, only four countries recognize Abkhazia and S. Ossetia as states: Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Nauru.
All the rest international community considers these two regions as integral parts of Georgia.
