The Russian Foreign Ministry has criticized the US Government for its involvement in international conflicts.
“The US failed to cope with the role of a superman in the regulation of the international conflicts, “Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
She said that many countries in the world would support the concept of the US specialization if the US had brought stability to the world and prevent conflicts.
"Who would be against this? This is a great political, financial and moral responsibility – to be a superman who flies to help," she said.
Zakharova claimed that the US involvement stirred “more conflicts,” and these conflicts are becoming more severe.
The statement came shortly after the US Defense Authorization Act, which vows support to Georgia’s self-defense capabilities, further joint military drills and says Georgia will become the NATO member.
“To protect the national security of the United States and fulfill the ironclad commitment of the United States to its obligations under the North Atlantic Treaty, it is the policy of the United States to pursue, in full coordination with NATO, an integrated approach to strengthening the defence of allies and partners in Europe as part of a broader, long-term strategy backed by all elements of United States national power to deter and, if necessary, defeat Russian aggression,” reads the act.
The Georgian Government has already evaluated the document as supportive to Georgia as ever.
