Business Leadership for Women's Economic Empowerment in Georgia

Last week UN Women, CiDA and Global Compact Network Georgia hosted an event Business Leadership for Women's Economic Empowerment in Georgia. Leading Georgian business companies united for Women’s Economic Empowerment, emphasizing the importance of gender equality for economic development and signed CEO Statement of Support for the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). The event was held within the project “A Joint Action for Women’s Economic Empowerment in Georgia” funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
