International Youth Film Festival Taoba to take place in Tbilisi

International Youth Film Festival Taoba will take place in Tbilisi from April 11 to April 15.
The festival is organized by the Culture and Education Foundation and National Youth and Children's Palace.
The festival enables young people to develop communication skills, critical, analytical and creative thinking through master classes and lectures.
The age group of the festival participants has changed with students also eligible to participate.
Participation in the festival is free. Applicants should fill out the registration forms in English.
The festival has formed various partnerships from its foundation, including Giffoni International Film Festival, which is one of the most well-known children's film festivals in the world from Southern Italy.
“Taoba International Youth Film Festival will select Georgian youngsters for participation in Giffoni Film Festival. It is a great honor for us to establish a partnership with one of the most well-known youth film festivals in the world,” reads the statement by Taoba International Youth Film Festival.
International Youth Film Festival Taoba was founded in 2017 by the Culture and Education Foundation. Taoba is co-organized by the National Youth and Children's Palace. The first edition of festival gathered numerous young people, from the age groups of 13 up to 22, who watched films, participated in discussions, attended lectures and master classes and met with famous personalities from various Art fields.
Taoba is about film education, exploring and creating opportunities for youth.
