Selling scrap metal and easily explosive materials will be controlled strictly - Kakha Kaladze
As the Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze states, placing second-hand tires, black and ferrous metals, scrap metal, vehicles with expired exploitation date and its parts, and easily explosive/flammable substances in the capital will be strictly controlled.
“…Also, their implementation in the areas that are not outlined for this. Placement and implementation in the permissible zone will be regulated by certain rules. We are acting according to the record which has been made in the General Plan. According to this record, residential zones must be protected from harmful influence. One of them is near the City Hall, the adjacent territory of Eliava market, which is a residential zone and materials mentioned above are sold there, which is a serious problem for the environment, for the people living in this area and for the city in general. Therefore, all this should be regulated.”- Kaladze said.
Moreover, according to him, certain buffer zones should be created between the mentioned places and residences. Kaladze also mentioned that there are no such buffer zones in the city nowadays.
Ukrainian Border Service - Border guards will not allow Mikheil Saakashvili to enter Ukraine
The Ukrainian border guards will not permit the former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili to enter Ukraine, states Oleg Slobodian, the official representative of the Ukrainian State Border Service.
“This person is not a citizen of Ukraine and there is no reason for him to enter Ukraine until 2021”- Slobodian said.
Mikheil Saakashvili presented an e-ticket when appearing on one of the Ukrainian TV channels and noted that he plans to arrive in Ukraine on April 1.
“I have an electronic ticket. I bought this ticket because I am sure that Poroshenko will not proceed to the second round and none of the border guards will obey his order which prohibits me to arrive in Ukraine”- Saakashvili stated.
