'We call on Georgia to sign a bilateral agreement on the non-use of force', so-called Foreign Affairs Minister of Abkhazia says

According to the publication SOVA, the so-called Minister of Foreign Affairs of the occupied Abkhazia, Inal Ardzinba, called on Georgia to sign the non-use of force agreement. Regarding the statement of the Minister of Defense of Georgia, Juansher Burchuladze, that Georgia intends to produce its own drones, Ardzinba said that the so-called government of Sokhumi considers this a direct threat.
"We call on Georgia to sign the agreement on non-use of force within the framework of the Geneva negotiations. Abkhazia is a peace-loving country, we are not going to attack anyone. But we will protect our homeland, our people and our native land to the end," said Ardzinba.
According to the so-called minister, Sokhumi acts in accordance with the agreement of August 14, 1997, signed by Vladislav Ardzinba and Eduard Shevardnadze.
According to him, with this agreement, the parties took responsibility not to use force in case of disagreements, "all differences should be resolved only through peaceful political ways, through negotiations" - said Ardzinba.
The representative of the so-called Abkhazian government also warned the population of Abkhazia that a hybrid war is going on in the world and more than 50 countries are "fighting on the side of Ukraine and neo-Nazis". According to Ardzinba, in case of a military conflict with Georgia, which is not excluded, these countries will help Georgia.
"This is a collective Western war machine. Groups of foreign mercenaries, military units are trained according to the standards of the North Atlantic Alliance. In the event of a military conflict with Georgia, which we cannot rule out, all these countries will support our adversary," Ardzinba said.
According to Inal Ardzinba, against this background, it is especially important to strengthen the defense capabilities of the so-called Republic of Abkhazia, as well as "maintain and strengthen good, fraternal relations with the allied Russian Federation".
"We cannot take steps that will be considered as an unfriendly attitude towards Russia. Russia is a guarantee of our security, it helps us to strengthen the sovereignty of our state. Today, the Russian Federation stood up to world injustice. This is a fight for truth, this is a fight for justice. And as you know, there is power in the truth," said Anil Ardzinba.
The Minister of Defense of Georgia, Juansher Burchuladze, on June 9, during his speech in the Parliament in the "Minister's Hour" format, said that Until the end of the year, Georgia will produce Georgian unmanned aerial vehicles, drones.
According to Burchuladze, "one of the most important priority directions of the agency in terms of increasing the self-defense capability and strengthening the defense forces is the development and strengthening of the direction of intelligence means - operational and tactical unmanned reconnaissance and combat aerial vehicles".
The so-called foreign affairs minister of occupied Abkhazia said on September 16 that "taking into account the current international conditions, the probability of war with Georgia is quite high". According to Ardzinba, Georgia is in consultations with NATO, increases contracts for the purchase of weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles, and has activated its intelligence.
