Samkharadze briefed the ambassador on the challenging situation in the occupied regions of Georgia, Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region, and the increasing threats emanating from Russia.
The parties discussed regional security issues, emphasizing the significant role of Georgia in the peaceful resolution of the ongoing conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan and in ensuring regional stability overall.
